Fukushima Children's Radiation Limit Not Safe!!! Or is it???

Here's a bit of fear mongering, which is actually one of the most convincing I've seen.  Let's dig in!

12/13/11 UPDATE - The YouTuber has blocked me from posting.  That's typically what propagandists do.

First, the radiation limit for children was raised from 1 mSv/yr to 20 mSv/yr and then back down to 1 mSv/yr.  The higher limit was a mistake, and today it's history.  It was only in place for about a month.

So the YouTube poster should research "strawman argument", since he is keen on logic.

I posted on this link earlier, which reiterates the 1 mSv/yr limit.

UPDATE:  The YouTube poster has become obstinent.  Here is another link supporting that 1 mSv/yr limit reversal is related to the video.

Secondly, the YouTube poster is playing semantics with the word "safe".  Lots of activities pose a certain risk of death, but that doesn't make them "unsafe".  Something is "unsafe" when the risk of death is extraordinarily high compared to routine activities we undertake every day.  No one would say it's unsafe to eat food, even though many people die of choking, obesity, food poisoning, etc. from eating it.

The 1 mSv/yr limit is certainly safe, considering other risks the children are routinely exposed to.
