No one has said the tuna contamination was due to fallout. The paper which identified the tuna used "Fukushima" in its title. #4 reactor fuel pool is not a timebomb, that is fear mongering language. Of course most of the NRC's money comes from the utilities...it comes from licensing fees. That way tax payers aren't paying. Hazardous life 10-20 x the half life is ridiculous. It depends how much one starts with.
I wouldn't trust this guy with my dandruff.
