Only, there is one sentence in the motivation that is somewhat inaccurate:
"A system that names extreme storms caused by climate change, after the policy makers who deny climate change and obstruct climate policy"
...but extreme storms are not as such caused by climate change. It's more like CC is loading the dice that control how destructive these events collectively are. Difficult to formulate in a catchy way, I suppose.

Maybe "enhanced" or "made more probable".
