He was a DeNiAr of varying degree and he recently had a Note published posthumously in the Health Physics Journal.
His note basically said that cancer is complex and that he feels LNT overstates radiation risk (due to this complexity, but why would it? He doesn't say).
He was also formerly associated with the tobacco industry.
